1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Velfy portal, you agree to and undertake to respect these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of the clauses, we ask that you do not use the service.

2. Use of Platform and Accounts

Velfy is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that allows fitness professionals ("Administrators") to log body and nutritional information of their users ("Clients"). Administrators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activity under their account.

3. Health Data and Privacy

When processing body composition, circumferences, and nutrition plans, the parties acknowledge that sensitive personal information is collected. The Administrator guarantees that they have the explicit consent of their Clients to store such data on our platform.
